harolds is not cheap,however i feel the value is there....the food is good and the waiters great, especially lisa frase,she works hard and is fabulous with her regulars...if you want cheap food,there are lots of choices, me... i highly endorse harolds, keep up the good work!!!! patrick l ..More Reviews
