hello, I ordered from Grecos twice. The first time wasn't that great of an experience but I am always willing to give people a second chance. The first time I ordered the pizza was delivered an hour and half late and was cold. So after calling the manager/owner at the summit location more than several times to let her know of the quality of service I had recieved, she reluctantly offered a %50 off the next order. So I ordered yesterday, fathers day, for my husband. The man who answered the phone took my phone number and address and asked for it again three more times, he said there was no order history and no note of %50 off our next order, so I asked to speak to the manager who then asked for my phone number and address again. She remembered me and took my order, she said it would be 50 mins to an hour. I waited for an hour, and no pizza, i waited another 15 mins and than the phone rang, it was the pizza delivery guy, he said he was on his way out and wanted directions to my house. so i gave him CLEAR directions right to my driveway. I checked the time, and waited hour and half had past already. I went to call Grecos and saw that the delivery guy tried calling six more times. I tried calling him back but with no luck did he answer. so i called the pizza place back and the guy who answered said the delivery driver is having a hard time finding the place but is in the area and will be here shortly and he said"look, im really busy here" quite rudely and hung up on me. so i waited anohter 1/2 hour. still no pizza. so i phoned bakc and asked to speak to the manager, she than said very rudely, "your pizza is here, my driver went out there and went to your door and some man answered and said'i didnt order pizza'" i told her no one came to my door. i was waiting the whole time, and so was my husband. He didnt answer the door either i told her. she said I had given the the wrong address. i told her that i todl the man who answered the phone my address FOUR times and her ONCE. so they messed up the address. so she was quite rude and said if i wanted my f'in pizza's that i could come and get them. i told her i watned to speak to the owner and she said she is the owner. she was yelling on the phone at me and being very rude. i am not happy at all to be treated with such disrespect from a company. I am a hard working woman who just wanted to be spared cooking that night, stress free by ordering pizza...haha. ya right not with this place. so i will not be ordering from here every agian and best be assured i will let everyone i know in kamloops know about this.... ..More Reviews
